Ordering, shipping, and return policies

Custom & Personalized Orders
All Shoreline Bride products are handcrafted to order. Because each piece is personalized, custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.
A mockup or proof will be provided for your approval before production starts. Please review carefully — changes requested after approval may incur additional fees.
Production & Shipping
Estimated production times are listed on each product page. Production begins after payment is received and any required details (guest lists, custom text, etc.) are provided.
Orders ship via USPS. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days after production is complete. Free shipping is available on orders over $100.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — please contact us with your event date.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on custom orders.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Payment
We accept payment via PayPal and all major credit/debit cards (processed through PayPal). For custom orders and invoices, full payment is required before production begins.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate personalization details, shipping addresses, and guest lists. Shoreline Bride is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the buyer.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on shorelinebride.com are the property of Shoreline Bride and may not be reproduced without permission.
